the food is great , i am from TamilNadu and first ever tasted such a yummy tamil biryani in US only in Dakshin....particularly that kushka made me homesick !!!

Whenever I visit chicago, I definitely eat at either one of the dakshin restaurant atleast once. The food has real south indian flavor to it. One of the best south indian food in midwest. Now a days, I am not even thinking about the options when I go to chicago! Great owner & friendly staff.

DAKSHIN has been a favorite of me and my granddaughter for many years. The owner is gracious and caring of each customer. The staff goes to great lengths to ensure a stellar dining experience. Each time I am in the midwest I definitely try dining out at Schaumburg or Naperville DAKSHIN.
